Evaluates acquisition opportunities and supports end-to-end M&A execution, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, investment review materials, proposal development, and transaction documentation. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, budgeting support, and M&A accounting integration. The role will improve accounting processes, controls, and Sage Intacct usage while partnering with operations and finance leaders. Initially an individual contributor, the position will provide mentorship and eventually assume formal people-management responsibilities as the accounting organization grows.

Support evaluation and execution of acquisitions: analyze targets, perform due diligence and valuation, prepare investment review packages, draft LOIs and purchase agreements with senior management, manage third-party diligence, and support high-volume deal closing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial private equity environment.

Manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations across multiple locations, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and multi-state payroll processing. Maintain personnel records, develop and implement HR policies and employee handbook content, support recruiting and performance review processes, and ensure compliance with wage and hour and employment laws. Partner with leadership and finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve HR systems and processes.

Generate and qualify partnership leads through outbound cold calling and account research, build and maintain a pipeline in HubSpot, support outbound mailings, and assist the business development and marketing teams with administrative and marketing tasks.

Lead design, development and deployment of AI-driven capabilities for TDP and its portfolio. Identify high-impact AI use cases, translate business challenges into technical roadmaps, architect scalable cloud and data platforms, oversee end-to-end delivery, manage vendors and cross-functional teams, and advise executives on AI transformation and reusable platform development.
