The Associate will provide transaction opinions, financial analyses, and advisory services, focusing on M&A and valuation processes. Responsibilities include financial modeling, preparing presentations, managing timelines, and client coordination.

The Associate will engage in all aspects of M&A transactions, perform financial analyses, conduct industry research, and support senior bankers in negotiations and closings, while developing Analysts and contributing to business growth.

Work as an M&A Associate supporting senior bankers on end-to-end transactions for industrials clients: financial modeling and valuation, industry research, buyer/target outreach, CIMs and presentations, due diligence and closings, client interaction, transaction negotiation support, analyst development, and new business initiatives. High exposure to international clients and deal execution responsibilities.

Support full-cycle sell-side M&A engagements: build financial analyses and valuations, conduct industry research, identify buyers/targets, prepare CIMs and presentations, facilitate due diligence and closings, interact with senior bankers and client executives, support business development and mentor analysts.

Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements for AI-enabled tools and internal applications, document workflows and acceptance criteria, support scoping, maintain project documentation, assist with user acceptance testing, and help coordinate change management and rollout activities.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to leadership, leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive/board materials. Support quarterly earnings, integration efforts, automation and analytics improvements, lead and develop FP&A team, and collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IR, HR, and operations.

Prepare financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparables) to support fairness and solvency opinions; analyze SEC filings and market/transaction data; maintain valuation databases; produce client deliverables and presentations; collaborate with deal teams and assist with pitches, research, and marketing materials.

Support senior bankers on M&A transactions: perform financial analysis and valuations, conduct industry research, identify/contact buyers or targets, prepare CIMs and presentations, host buyer visits, support negotiations, and assist with due diligence and closings. Participate in new business efforts and internal firm initiatives while gaining exposure to international clients and full deal execution.

Support M&A deal teams by building and validating financial models, preparing marketing and client presentation materials, conducting industry and target research, identifying acquirers/targets, supporting due diligence, and interacting with clients and senior bankers throughout transactions.
