The Design Manager will oversee design and construction phases in data center projects, manage teams, ensure design compliance, and communicate with stakeholders.

Manage customer engagement across the data center lifecycle, acting as primary technical liaison. Support pre-contract activities, lead project delivery from pre-construction to post-delivery, manage risks, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations.

Lead the BMS engineering team to deliver, manage, and optimize BMS platforms across data centers. Oversee design reviews, develop BMS standards (points, graphics, sequences), support commissioning and QC, perform design/operational analysis (e.g., TES sizing, trend analysis), manage project communication, RFIs, and closeout deliverables.

Provide mechanical subject-matter expertise for data center design, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and incident RCA. Drive operational standards for capital projects, optimize reliability and efficiency, develop runbooks/BCP, mentor operations staff, support audits/M&A, and evaluate new technologies to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient critical infrastructure performance.

Coordinate procurement program operations including PO intake triage, vendor coordination, production planner maintenance, financial tracking, documentation control, onboarding vendors, program-level reporting, ad hoc research, and process improvement to support the Procurement Project Management Director.

Lead preconstruction efforts for data center developments, managing project feasibility, cost structure, design optimization, and project execution strategies.

The Compliance Manager oversees the compliance program, ensuring all facilities meet regulatory and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include developing frameworks, conducting audits, managing data, and improving processes for operational compliance.

The Partner Quality Manager works with external partners to improve manufacturing quality and field service processes, conducts assessments, manages corrective actions, and collaborates with stakeholders. Essential skills include problem-solving, communication, and knowledge of quality management systems.
