Manages Loungefly’s graphic design team, providing creative direction for innovative product concepts aligned with brand standards. Leads Funko’s creative brand and marketing function, overseeing visual identity, tone, campaigns, content, product launches, retail, social media, events, and experiential work. Manages and develops multidisciplinary creative teams across design, copy, photography, video, and studio operations. Establishes creative processes, workflows, objectives, and quality standards while partnering with marketing, communications, sales, product, licensors, agencies, and executives to strengthen global brand engagement and commercial performance.

Leads the creative vision for Loungefly accessories and apparel products from concept through production. Manages and mentors designers, reviews artwork and samples, directs licensor and buyer revisions, develops trend research and creative presentations, and collaborates with product development, merchandising, marketing, sales, operations, sourcing, and licensing teams. Ensures designs meet brand, commercial, quality, and retailer expectations while maintaining creative innovation and operational effectiveness.
