Reviews performance data, conducts root cause analysis, coaches suppliers, and implements improvement plans. Acts as a liaison between suppliers, Purchasing, and Parts teams to resolve delays, sourcing issues, and match exceptions. Tracks improvement progress, coordinates continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains cross-functional communication. Some holiday and weekend coverage is required.
