Manage individual, corporate, and entity tax return preparation; research complex tax issues; develop client solutions; coach and mentor associates; build client relationships; support business development; and identify opportunities to connect clients with firm specialists.

Develop embedded software for consumer and military R&D projects, including software architecture, platform testing and debugging, documentation, version control, and Windows/Linux test verification tools. The role requires embedded programming with C or C++, low-level microcontroller and PCB debugging experience, and collaboration with project teams and customers. Familiarity with Python, embedded unit testing, CI/CD, MATLAB/Simulink, web frameworks, and relational databases is beneficial.

Manages and reviews corporate, partnership, S corporation, and individual tax returns; provides tax planning and consulting; researches complex tax issues; advises clients year-round; identifies tax and service improvement opportunities; mentors associates; and supports practice development and client growth.

Prepare and lead complex audit areas, review staff work, oversee engagement staffing, prepare financial statements, and develop junior associates. Build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, manage deadlines, support continuous improvement, and contribute to client and community success within a collaborative public accounting environment.
