Leads Apex Group’s North American client relationship management organization across the US and Canada. Owns client retention, relationship health, revenue expansion, account governance, escalation management, executive sponsor engagement, and CRM team performance. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to improve client experience, profitability, and service delivery while implementing the company’s Client Success Model.

Performs loan and asset administration for CLOs, CDOs, and credit funds, including asset setup, maintenance, trade settlement, corporate actions, agent notices, and cash and position reconciliations. Researches and escalates discrepancies, coordinates with brokers, custodians, and agents, prepares reports, and supports middle-office management through task delegation and training. Requires strong knowledge of financial instruments, trade lifecycles, settlements, and Solvas.

Manage private equity fund and investor accounting, including financial statements, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, partner allocations, reconciliations, portfolio accounting, IRR calculations, audits, tax support, and regulatory reporting. The role requires client communication, review of governing documents and complex investment structures, support for cash forecasting and credit facility drawdowns, and supervision of accounting activities.
