Lead and build an enterprise sales team, coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals and procurement/security reviews, own forecast and pipeline metrics, run biggest deals alongside reps, define sales process and playbooks, and surface product feedback to influence roadmap. Partner cross-functionally to remove friction and ensure seamless buyer experience.

Lead and hire a high-performing Customer Success team while still managing key enterprise accounts.
