Manage day-to-day HR compliance tasks including wage garnishments, unemployment claims, I-9/E-Verify administration and audits, employment verifications, reporting, and employee relations support. Maintain HRIS records, generate compliance reports, develop SOPs, leverage AI/tools to improve processes, and escalate complex issues.

Own and lead the React Native mobile app architecture, quality, and releases. Mentor engineers, enforce mobile best practices, ship features end-to-end, improve performance and observability, and contribute across React web and backend services.

Lead and scale the engineering organization: own technical strategy, delivery, and operational maturity. Build and mentor a team, define engineering standards, drive DevOps and infrastructure reliability, manage technical debt and incident response, and contribute hands-on to architecture and implementation to enable rapid, reliable marketplace growth.
