Leads enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity architecture across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, network, endpoint, and secure computing environments. Owns technology roadmaps, infrastructure reliability, disaster recovery, cybersecurity risk management, incident response, CMMC and DoD compliance readiness, asset lifecycle management, and secure modernization. Partners across engineering, compliance, facilities, and program teams while mentoring technical staff and implementing resilient, compliant environments.

Support the engineering, integration, interoperability, sustainment, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of MILSATCOM and Protected MILSATCOM systems. Analyze architectures, cryptographic requirements, interfaces, modifications, and operational impacts; develop test assets and technical documentation; conduct site surveys and engineering assessments; and provide technical guidance to government, military, allied, and operational stakeholders. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, TS/SCI eligibility, extensive MILSATCOM expertise, and up to 30% travel.

Provides senior systems engineering, integration, interoperability, sustainment, testing, troubleshooting, and technical advisory support for MILSATCOM and Protected MILSATCOM capabilities. Analyzes architectures, cryptographic systems, interfaces, data flows, and proposed modifications; develops technical documentation and test assets; supports site surveys, operational evaluations, and field maintenance at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Collaborates with government, military, allied, and technical stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve operational readiness.

Lead and scale Caliola's software organization for mission-critical communications. Establish engineering standards, improve delivery predictability, mature agile practices, mentor technical leads, support productization of DoD-funded solutions, and guide adoption of secure and AI-enabled engineering workflows while collaborating with program management, business development, product, and customers.
