Lead design and implementation of Databricks lakehouse architectures and best practices. Build and optimize Spark/Delta ETL/ELT pipelines, implement Unity Catalog governance, integrate cloud storage and services, establish CI/CD, monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical leadership and architecture guidance across data engineering, analytics, ML, and security teams.

The Technical Project Manager will lead enterprise-level Splunk projects, manage technical oversight, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and enforce governance processes to ensure successful project delivery.

Administer and support SharePoint Online environments; design scalable site architecture, permissions, metadata, and taxonomy; lead migrations from file shares and legacy platforms; enforce governance (retention, records management, external sharing); build Power Platform automations; troubleshoot permissions, search, indexing, storage, and access issues.

Design and lead enterprise migrations from on-prem systems to Microsoft 365. Plan and execute migrations for OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online; develop tenant, identity, licensing, and hybrid designs; create migration strategies (discovery, coexistence, cutover, rollback); enforce security, governance, compliance, DLP, retention, and Zero Trust; automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph and manage enterprise-scale migration programs.
