Drive prioritization using customer insight, product quality, business impact, technical feasibility, and metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. This senior individual contributor role requires strong product judgment, product-led growth expertise, technical fluency, ownership, and excellent English communication.

Own Bolt’s content design discipline by defining product voice, terminology, patterns, and guidelines. Review and improve company-wide product writing, shape content strategy, and independently design and ship content-led features such as onboarding and in-product education using Figma or agentic tools. Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to create a consistent lifecycle experience.

As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with QA testing, and improve customer resources, ensuring a positive user experience.

Develop AI agents leveraging large language models, integrate external tools, and ensure production-ready AI features while collaborating across teams.

As a Lead Front-End Engineer, you'll own UI architecture, mentor team members, manage technical initiatives, and drive AI-powered feature development.

Lead Bolt's finance function: run monthly/quarterly close and investor/board reporting; own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics; author ASC 606 policies and maintain controls; manage quote-to-cash, invoicing, collections, and deal desk; partner on pricing, packaging, and sales compensation; support audits and SOC 2 readiness; build processes and integrations across ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems.

The Community Manager will develop and run community strategies, manage community engagement and ambassador programs, analyze user feedback for product improvement, and foster B2B and B2C community growth.
