Provides advanced technical support to customers and employees for instrument software, healthcare information-system interfaces, middleware, connectivity, cybersecurity, VPN access, databases, and IT solutions. Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, software, quality, regulatory, and project management teams to drive technical decisions, program execution, and team development.

Responsible for direct sales of diagnostic products and services across West Texas. Develops customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, delivers product presentations, prepares quotations and forecasts, maintains customer records, builds territory plans, and achieves annual sales objectives. Requires collaboration with marketing, sales operations, client services, technical service, and IT. The role involves up to 50% travel and requires strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and independent work skills.
