Lead engineering design projects for semiconductor fab tool installations, managing scope, schedules, technical decisions, quality, risks, documentation, and client communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, project managers, contractors, and client Tool Experts to deliver hookup designs, subfab laterals, process equipment layouts, and cleanroom modifications within scope, budget, and schedule.

Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports project delivery and documentation, responds to RFIs, and mentors junior designers.

Leads monthly and year-end financial reporting, budgeting, accounting controls, financial analysis, and process optimization. Supports mergers, acquisitions, tax planning, compliance, and special projects while supervising disbursement staff across accounting payable and payroll functions. Builds relationships with external financial stakeholders, advises management, mentors junior employees, and provides backup to the Controller and CFO. Occasional travel may be required.

Leads strategic marketing, proposal development, and client pursuit efforts across the AEC industry. Directs pursuit strategy from qualification through submission and debriefs, develops sector-focused marketing plans, oversees promotional materials and campaigns, and translates technical capabilities into client-centered messaging. Manages distributed marketing teams, budgets, performance metrics, marketing technology, and talent development while partnering with executives and business units to support growth.

Leads and develops electrical designs for industrial facilities using Revit and power system design expertise. Coordinates models and design work with engineers, designers, clients, and project teams; directs junior staff; reviews drawings; supports scheduling and project coordination; prepares change documentation; attends construction meetings; conducts site observations and punch lists; and troubleshoots field design issues. Travel and regular commuting to the Toledo, Ohio office are required.

Build and maintain mechanical Revit models for semiconductor fabrication and advanced-manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include creating families, managing work sets and linked models, performing Navisworks clash coordination, supporting QA/QC, maintaining Autodesk Construction Cloud documentation, and preparing as-built models. The role also supports mechanical design tasks such as equipment layouts, duct and piping routes, load calculations, drawing production, field verification, and construction coordination. This is a fully onsite position in North Phoenix.

Responsibilities include design of power distribution and backup power systems, including 400VDC, 800VDC, and 1500VDC systems, with travel required.

Leads electrical engineering design for large semiconductor and high-tech facilities, including LV/MV distribution, power system studies, switchgear, transformers, critical power, arc-flash mitigation, and construction administration. Oversees engineering teams, quality reviews, standards, mentoring, and multidisciplinary coordination. Provides office leadership, staff development, budgeting, facilities oversight, client relationship management, business development, proposals, stakeholder coordination, and industry representation.
