Leads multifamily operations across multiple regions, overseeing regional managers, construction management, administrative staff, budgets, financial reporting, operational efficiency, profitability, resident escalations, acquisitions, dispositions, compliance with Fair Housing regulations, recruiting, and industry engagement.

Provides high-level administrative, reporting, and analytical support to senior executives. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, executive meeting coordination, recurring operational and financial reporting, Excel dashboard maintenance, Yardi data compilation, executive presentation preparation, and cross-functional initiative tracking. The role also coordinates workstreams, documents decisions and action items, and serves as a reporting resource for regional and site leadership.

Leads Highmark Residential’s corporate and property marketing strategy, overseeing branding, communications, advertising, social media, reputation management, market research, leasing support, budgets, and team development. The role owns the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and predictive insights, to improve leasing performance and customer experience. It also supports acquisitions, new business proposals, employee education, and portfolio performance through data-driven strategies.

Provide phone and email support for properties using Yardi and related programs. Coordinate closings, reconcile rent roll and accounts receivable discrepancies, review pre-close reports, and support accounting corrections. Maintain training schedules, prepare and deliver technical training, update training materials and Yardi procedures, and conduct lease and property file audits. Assist with acquisition and disposition setups and travel overnight as needed.

Oversee property, casualty, liability, and workers’ compensation claims; manage safety programs, OSHA reporting, risk mitigation, insurance renewals, vendor credentialing, inspections, and compliance. Coordinate with properties, adjusters, brokers, carriers, legal, operations, and accounting teams. Maintain claims and insurance records, support litigation responses, develop loss-control procedures, and mentor the Risk Management team.
