The role manages multiple projects through the software development lifecycle, communicates with stakeholders, and oversees successful transition to customer acceptance and support.

Supports the full HR function, including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, leave administration, HR records, and full-cycle recruiting. Maintains the iCIMS applicant tracking system, coordinates vendors and recruiting agencies, conducts interviews, manages employment documentation, assists with investigations and disciplinary actions, and provides HR guidance to employees and managers.
