Provides administrative and operational support to corporate and transactional business development teams. Responsibilities include managing CRM and reporting data, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, assisting with pitch and marketing collateral, supporting client events and webinars, conducting basic research, and handling administrative and ad hoc projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

The role also assists with CLE provider renewals, training communications, attorney arrivals and departures, and ad hoc learning and development projects across global offices.

Leads global conflicts management and business intake operations, overseeing workflow distribution, analyst team leadership, training, escalations, data integrity, and process improvement. Partners with attorneys, Risk, AML/CDD, IT, and vendors to maintain accurate, timely conflict clearance and onboarding processes. Supports technology evaluation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and development of departmental procedures and training materials across offices and time zones.

The Senior Accountant manages firmwide tax activities, including partnership and international tax filings, quarterly estimates, tax payments, fixed asset schedules, depreciation, partner tax documents, indirect tax returns, 1099 forms, audit support, and tax authority correspondence. The role also coordinates with external tax providers, tracks partner and associate tax information, maintains compliance records, and supports tax-related projections and special projects.
