Full-cycle hunter Account Executive selling enterprise cloud data security and data risk solutions to Fortune 500 customers. Manage territory planning, pipeline generation, and complex deal cycles, engage C-level executives, collaborate with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams, close deals, grow partner channels, and represent the company at events. Requires ~50% travel.

The Channel Account Director is responsible for expanding the network of channel partners, strategic planning, partner recruitment, sales enablement, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. They will drive revenue growth and maintain relationships with key partners in the data security industry.

Serve as a technical trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers: run discovery, design tailored data security solutions, lead demos/POCs/workshops, guide deployment and integrations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and product feedback.

Provide deep technical resolution for escalated support cases, troubleshooting data-security and SaaS issues, reproducing and isolating root cause, producing Tier 3/Engineering escalations, creating runbooks and knowledge articles, mentoring Tier 1, and participating in on-call rotations to resolve customer-impacting incidents.

Manage and mentor a small customer success engineering team while acting as a hands-on technical lead and trusted advisor. Drive customer onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion, troubleshoot technical issues, design custom use cases, run executive and technical workshops, conduct QBRs, and advocate customer feedback to product. Travel 25–50% to engage clients directly.

Serve as the technical lead for Cyera customers: onboard and train, design custom use cases, drive adoption and expansion, troubleshoot issues, run executive reviews, mentor team members, and influence product roadmap while traveling ~25–50% annually.

Build and lead an external Training & Education function: define strategy, design curriculum and certifications, hire and manage a team, own training tech and vendors, measure outcomes, and report ROI to executives.

Support 24x7 SOC operations using the Cyera platform to monitor, triage, and report on security events. Analyze logs (SIEM, EDR, DLP, vulnerability data), assist incident response and customer reporting, automate tasks with scripting, and partner with Customer Success for onboarding and tuning.

The Account Executive will sell enterprise cloud data security solutions, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and build executive relationships with clients.

Provide high-level executive and personal support to leadership, manage calendars, travel, communications, and confidential matters; build and maintain AI-driven automations and workflows to improve executive productivity and support decision-making; coordinate meetings, events, expense reporting, and documentation.
