Develop and execute Ceragon’s North American system integrator channel strategy. Recruit and activate partners, build joint business plans, generate qualified pipeline, lead complex pursuits, and drive opportunities through commercial close. Manage executive relationships, partner enablement, forecasting, CRM activity, and performance tracking while collaborating with sales, product, marketing, services, finance, legal, and operations teams. The role focuses on wireless connectivity and private network solutions across public safety, defense, energy, oil and gas, and mining markets.

Lead territory sales to drive revenue growth via direct and channel models. Develop and execute strategic territory plans, manage and grow accounts, own full sales cycle, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at industry events. Frequent regional travel required.

Work with sales to identify customer requirements, deliver tailored networking and telecom solutions, perform product demonstrations, prepare proposals, coordinate with engineering, provide post-sales support, and analyze market trends to find new business opportunities.

Create compelling B2B marketing content across digital channels, shape messaging with product and regional teams, optimize for SEO/GEO and AI discoverability, manage multiple content projects, and edit/proofread polished, conversion-focused copy.
