Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships, account reviews, deployments, integrations, adoption, training, and ongoing support. Guide customers across multi-cloud environments, identify security and efficiency improvements, resolve technical challenges, collaborate with support teams, and advocate for customer feedback in product development.

Own and expand Sentra’s end-to-end revenue technology systems, including CRM-to-warehouse synchronization, enrichment and AI scoring pipelines, forecasting, analytics infrastructure, and lifecycle automation. Operate and harden production systems, build new workflows, ensure reliable and explainable reporting, and drive adoption among revenue teams. The role requires strong programming, API integration, Salesforce and marketing automation expertise, SQL fluency, Git-based development, and practical experience deploying LLM-powered systems.

Act as a technical liaison during the sales cycle: demo products, perform architecture reviews, support deployment and troubleshooting, inform product roadmap, collaborate with sales/marketing, and build relationships with customers and partners while staying current on industry trends.
