Drive revenue through a strategic global cloud partnership and support enterprise sales opportunities across APAC. Partner with account executives to shape and accelerate complex deals using cloud marketplaces, co-sell programs, and partner funding. Build relationships with partner organizations, prospect for new business, expand existing accounts, and develop consultative strategies aligning customer goals with HERE and partner solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams and influence multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.

Designs and validates enterprise solutions for strategic customers using HERE APIs, SDKs, platform services, and mapping technologies. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements, risks, integrations, and implementation readiness. Communicates technical recommendations and tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders while supporting account planning, competitive evaluations, expansion opportunities, and successful presales-to-implementation handoffs.

Serves as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, and technology teams. Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and evaluations using HERE data, APIs, mapping, routing, spatial analytics, cloud, AI, and enterprise integration. Partners with Sales to qualify opportunities, reduce technical risk, develop proposals and reusable presales assets, and guide customers toward location-intelligence solutions.

Lead evaluation and data strategy for advanced AI, vision, and perception systems. Define metrics, build evaluation frameworks, audit artifacts, prioritize fixes, and translate model behavior into product decisions and data-improvement loops to ensure production readiness and downstream usefulness.

Design, build, and operate AI platform and orchestration systems for computer vision, perception, simulation, and mapping. Own pipelines, artifact handoffs, workflow control, deployment, observability, and APIs; enable reproducibility, tracking, and scalable production inference while partnering with data scientists to reduce iteration friction.

Lead development of map-grounded world foundation models for autonomous driving: train and deploy generative AI (diffusion, transformer, generative video) integrated with simulation platforms, define synthetic data quality frameworks, run PoCs with partners, and translate research into production validation and businessroadmaps to improve perception and planning performance.

Lead and grow an Enterprise Architecture team to define company-wide architecture, standards, and guardrails for cloud platforms, developer enablement, and AI/GenAI. Own AI lifecycle governance (LLMOps/MLOps, model/version controls, observability), RAG patterns, agent orchestration, and cross-team alignment to improve developer velocity, reduce technical debt, and ensure cost-efficient, secure, and compliant AI deployments.

Build and maintain core simulation and geospatial systems for AI perception and mapping. Develop pipelines for scene construction, actor behavior, sensor/condition generation, and tooling to ensure scalable, reproducible simulation outputs. Partner with data scientists and platform engineers to operationalize simulation outputs for inference, evaluation, and production workflows, and troubleshoot fidelity and stability issues.
