Lead cross-functional program management for a portfolio of 5+ modular housing projects from contract through field delivery. Maintain a single source of truth across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement. Track schedules in Jira/BigGantt, identify and escalate critical-path risks, manage long-lead procurement and factory capacity, enforce stage-gate handoffs, and surface clear program health and risk reports to leadership.

Lead design automation engineering: architect and build a pipeline that converts high-level building designs into manufacturable production plans. Decompose ambiguous domains into durable abstractions, design intermediate representations and verification gates, leverage AI and coding agents, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate automation into factory workflows.

Manage FP&A, maintain the 3-statement model, forecasts and budgets; perform variance analysis and executive/board reporting; model BOM costs and microfactory unit economics; build ROI models for capital and automation; partner cross-functionally on headcount, inventory, and ERP/financial systems implementation.
