Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets across multiple sites, with up to 50% travel.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of structural and mechanical systems for fusion machine installation and operations. Develop temporary and permanent support structures, foundations, seismic restraints, vibration isolation, test stands, and lifting equipment. Perform FEA and detailed mechanical analysis, ensure code compliance, coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams, and support constructability and manufacturing.
