Deliver CAD and GD&T drawings, perform FEA (structural and thermal), design optomechanical, motion, and thermal management solutions for vacuum and radiation environments, manage PDM/PLM configuration, drive prototypes to commissioning, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end delivery and precision assembly of fusion targets, coordinating cross-functional teams, designing assembly fixtures and tooling, establishing project timelines to scale prototypes into high-throughput production, and overseeing quality control and documentation to meet micron-level tolerances and inspection standards.

Lead monthly close for assigned accounts, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis, produce plan vs. actuals, perform ad hoc and technical accounting research, compile workpapers, drive financial process improvements, support audits and an initial ERP implementation to enable engineering and R&D teams.

Design and implement industrial control systems: develop requirements, electrical schematics, PLC/HMI programs, and integrate VFDs/servo drives. Ensure compliance with NFPA and IEC 61511 standards, support testing, commissioning, and documentation for safety-critical systems.
