Provide strategic legal counsel for Column's lending products and bank-fintech partnerships. Advise on product structuring, regulatory compliance (TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, state usury, BSA/AML, true lender), draft agreements and disclosures, work with product/engineering/compliance to launch programs, build scalable legal frameworks, and drive adoption of legal technology and automation.
