Serve as a strategic HR business partner for a multifamily property management firm: manage day-to-day HR operations, lead employee relations and investigations, coach leaders, develop a small HR team, implement HR initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, ensure compliance, and modernize HR processes using HR technology and AI tools.

Process accurate bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee payroll records, reconcile payroll data, ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, respond to payroll inquiries, prepare reports, support audits, and provide employment verification letters. The role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, strong organization, communication, analytical skills, and payroll software proficiency, with Workday experience preferred. This is a hybrid position.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, HR reporting (Workday/WageWorks/Lincoln), leave/disability coordination, and support payroll and HR projects.

Support market research, financial modeling, budgeting, and data analytics for portfolio management, acquisitions, and developments. Coordinate with operations, accounting, and marketing; perform due diligence, prepare reports and presentations, lead new business presentation prep, and occasionally perform on-site property management duties.
