Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial banking clients, develops new relationships through prospecting and referral networks, and identifies opportunities for credit, cash management, capital markets, and wealth products. Partners with credit teams on loan analysis, structuring, renewals, covenant monitoring, risk assessment, annual reviews, and portfolio administration. Requires strong commercial banking expertise, financial analysis, business development, communication, and collaboration skills.

Conducts periodic treasury reviews, monitors assigned portfolios, meets financial goals, follows compliance requirements, and travels within the bank’s footprint as needed.

Reviews, underwrites, and decisions commercial equipment finance requests. Evaluates business and consumer credit reports, financial statements, tax returns, repayment capacity, fraud risks, dealers, and collateral. Ensures compliance with credit policies, audit procedures, and internal controls; prepares credit approval summaries and collaborates with Sales, Credit, and senior management in a high-volume environment.

Manage and govern IAM processes and SailPoint ISC, lead access reviews and certifications, enforce IAM policies, support SoD controls, assist audits and remediation, onboard applications, monitor IAM metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain secure, compliant access.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for fraud-related features, define strategy and roadmap, write requirements and manage backlogs, coordinate with Risk/Compliance/Tech, analyze performance, manage vendors, and present recommendations to leadership.

Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local trust and individual tax returns; manage tax reporting for investment accounts; research and resolve tax issues and notices; coordinate with advisors, portfolio managers, and clients; validate account coding and tax reserves; supervise secondary reviews and ensure tax compliance for assigned accounts.

Field-embedded enablement leader driving sales performance and CRM adoption across Consumer Banking channels. Leads Salesforce initiatives, designs dashboards and coaching programs, conducts onsite/virtual coaching, analyzes performance data, and advises leaders to close skill gaps and improve frontline execution.

Lead municipal bond research, credit due diligence, and portfolio construction. Execute and manage fixed-income trading across custodial platforms, maintain buy lists, monitor valuations and trade settlements, support advisors, and oversee external manager due diligence and reinvestment programs.

Leads the company’s sponsorship and event portfolio, including strategic planning, vendor and contract management, six-figure budgets, partner relationships, event execution, sponsorship activations, and performance reporting. Aligns initiatives with business development, brand visibility, client engagement, and community goals. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing and business units, negotiates agreements, manages deliverables, evaluates ROI, and presents strategic recommendations to leadership. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend event support.
