Drives sales and revenue growth by building relationships with insurance producers, recruiting new agents, making proactive calls, and meeting sales quotas. Promotes insurance products, marketing campaigns, illustrations, and Crump resources. Partners with sales and operations teams, manages the sales process in the client management system, and provides advanced illustration consulting and product guidance.

Sell life, long-term care, and disability income insurance to clients and advisors. Lead discovery conversations, identify coverage gaps, explain insurance and planning solutions, manage sales activity, complete applications, and guide cases through underwriting to purchase. The role requires maintaining client relationships, handling referrals and scheduled calls, meeting sales quotas, and applying knowledge of insurance products, estate planning, business planning, and 1035 exchanges.

Provide advanced life insurance case design and illustration support to producers: research complex cases, select carriers/products, create marketing materials, prepare compliant sales presentations, and liaise among financial institutions, agents, and carriers to facilitate sales.

Serve as marketing partner to assigned business units, develop annual marketing plans and deliverables (emails, brochures, web and social content, trade show materials), manage projects and approvals including compliance review, analyze campaign effectiveness, and perform routine administrative tasks like list and inbox management.

Lead and drive sales for assigned channel/team/accounts by developing strategic business plans and sales strategies. Hire, train, coach and manage sales teammates to meet revenue, retention, P&L and margin goals. Partner with operations to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction, implement lead generation and cross-selling, monitor sales results, and maintain industry product knowledge. Ensure compliance with FINRA registrations and oversee sales promotion, forecasting, and account growth.

Provide pre-sale support by producing qualified illustrations, offering product information, and assisting the producer groups with communication and documentation.
