Manage financial controls for sustaining and growth capital projects: track, monitor, forecast, and report project costs and accruals; reconcile project cost tools with enterprise accounting; support monthly reporting and stakeholder meetings; advise on cost status, risks, insurance, and tax; develop KPI/risk frameworks and liaise with project managers, procurement, and finance.

The Automation Engineer will oversee automation systems for facility upgrades and maintenance at terminals, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards while providing expert support for control projects.

Provide executive administrative support (70%) and basic legal/paralegal and board-meeting assistance (30%). Manage complex calendars, travel, communications, expense reporting, meeting logistics, correspondence, and special projects while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

The Operations Planner schedules and prioritizes terminal movements, resolves operational issues, tracks KPIs, and facilitates communication among various stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of tank maintenance projects including scope development, budget and schedule control, review of API 653 inspections, fit-for-purpose analyses, RFPs and vendor evaluation, Oracle requisitions, KPI reporting, document control, MOC, and cross-department coordination to ensure regulatory and company compliance.

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of terminal automation upgrades, migrating legacy DCS systems to modern DCS across three terminals. Coordinate engineering, IT/OT, vendors, and operations, manage budgets, schedules, FAT/SAT/IQ, and systems integration (TOS/ERP/SAP). Ensure safety, compliance, change management, and post-project continuous improvement. Travel regionally (LA/TX) and support on-site commissioning and testing.

The Site Director will oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, lead a diverse team, and manage facility improvements and budgets, while collaborating with stakeholders and representing the company externally.
