Designs, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise integration architecture for secure health and business data exchange. Performs systems analysis, data mapping, integration testing, documentation, CMDB maintenance, and on-call support for vendor upgrades and integration errors.

Lead enterprise Windows device architecture and strategy including endpoint management (MECM, Intune), Active Directory/Entra ID, M365 integrations, desktop imaging, SSO/MFA/Conditional Access. Define standards, govern deployments, drive pilots/rollouts, collaborate with security and infrastructure, mentor teams, evaluate emerging technologies, and shape digital workplace strategy.
