Manages insight-driven client relationships, research, trend analysis, strategic presentations, campaign performance reporting, sponsorship assessments, and business development for brand marketing accounts. Supports cultural, talent, and influencer marketing strategies for corporate entertainment clients. Manages talent partnerships, contracts, campaign logistics, content reviews, presentations, reporting, trend research, competitive monitoring, and client communications. Collaborates with insights teams on measurement and data reporting while maintaining talent databases, schedules, and campaign materials.

Architect, optimize, and maintain global office network and cloud-edge infrastructure across 12 offices. Manage cloud hybrid networking (AWS/Azure), Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online, Windows/Linux servers, backup/DR (Azure Backup/ASR), monitoring, automation (PowerShell/Bash/Python), and act as Tier 3 escalation for complex infrastructure and security incidents.

Builds relationships across entertainment and cultural networks, presents strategic concepts, oversees junior staff, and identifies opportunities involving talent, content, product placement, and broader partnerships. Travel is required for activations, shoots, media days, and live events.

Supports the Director of Legal Operations by maintaining legal documentation and contract databases, improving workflows, managing outside counsel billing, assisting with budgets and accruals, and coordinating litigation support activities such as legal holds, discovery collections, document review, and deadlines. The role also drafts approved template agreements, supports compliance and risk initiatives, and contributes to special projects while managing confidential information and competing priorities.

Leads client strategy and communications for celebrity and influencer partnerships, including talent negotiations, contract management, campaign execution, presentations, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Oversees partnership opportunities, briefs, activations, and junior team members while maintaining client relationships and industry expertise. Requires occasional travel for activations, shoots, and live events.
