Source new commercial and middle-market business in Hampton Roads by prospecting companies, collaborating with internal teams to structure and underwrite deals, pursue credit approval, and support relationship managers to sell loans, deposits, treasury, derivatives, retirement, and wealth services.

Support commercial loan and deposit portfolios by performing credit analysis, compiling loan packages, underwriting and risk grading, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, monitoring covenants and portfolio health, assisting relationship managers with credit approvals, and collaborating with internal partners to resolve documentation and compliance issues.

Provide phone and email support for Treasury Management products, resolving client inquiries, ensuring regulatory-compliant documentation, maintaining tracking logs, supporting implementations, advising on security and product usage, and assisting sales and internal staff with treasury-related tasks and conversion projects.

Process and complete collateral releases for paid-out loans across commercial, mortgage, consumer, and lines of credit. Review collateral documents, research records, report paid-out status to MERS, manage collateral vault files, respond to inquiries, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support loan operations projects and vendor systems.
