Serve as a strategic HR advisor at a nuclear power plant, delivering employee and labor relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits support, workforce planning, HR compliance, and metrics analysis to support a safe, engaged, high-performing workforce.

Supervise outage scheduling personnel and lead the development of outage schedules, ensuring alignment with safety, operations, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement and risk assessments during nuclear plant outages.

The Legislative Affairs Director will lead state legislative strategy in Ohio and Indiana, influence legislation, develop relationships with policymakers, and coordinate advocacy efforts aligned with business priorities.

Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed schedules for outages and online activities, ensuring accuracy through cross-functional coordination, and updating schedules based on actual progress during execution.
