Leads Treasury Management initiatives, system implementations, process improvements, vendor relationships, and organizational change efforts. Analyzes performance, client behavior, operational trends, risks, and service data to recommend improvements. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports treasury modernization and operating model redesign, develops governance and reporting, manages vendor escalations, and oversees communications, training, and adoption strategies. Requires a four-year degree, substantial general experience, and specialized Treasury Management or project management experience.

Executes SOX compliance planning, scoping, control assessments, risk evaluations, SOC reviews, deficiency remediation, certifications, and reporting. Partners with control owners, auditors, risk management, and business leaders to maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting. Coordinates user access reviews, ERM and fraud-related assessments, accounting business continuity planning, training, policies, and quarterly SOX committee activities.

Handles inbound customer and employee telephone inquiries for deposit, loan, debit card, online banking, mobile banking, and BillPay services. Resolves account maintenance and service issues, provides product information, identifies fraud risks, recommends relevant financial products, and refers account-opening opportunities to Personal Bankers. Supports branch operations, sales initiatives, staff training, and may serve as shift lead during evening and weekend hours.

Provides administrative and operational support for treasury management sales, including customer documentation, account maintenance, authentication checks, fraud-risk reduction, workflow assignment, and issue resolution. Coordinates with treasury, deposit operations, wire, and other bank teams; communicates with customers; reviews executed documents; maintains procedures; supports regulatory education and special projects; and resolves documentation deficiencies for deposit accounts and treasury services.

Supports the Board of Directors, General Counsel, Legal Department, and Corporate Secretary through board meeting coordination, governance administration, corporate records maintenance, legal research, document drafting, and legal process tracking. Manages confidential board portal content, assists with minutes, resolutions, compliance activities, subpoenas, document production, contracts, regulatory matters, and director administration. Requires discretion, strong written communication, organization, and independent judgment.

Provides executive assistant and administrative support to banking executives and department directors. Responsibilities include managing communications and mail, scheduling meetings and field visits, arranging travel, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and minutes, tracking training, reconciling corporate card statements and expenses, handling correspondence and gifts, and supporting special projects. Requires strong interpersonal skills, independence, organization, and teamwork.

Manages credit risk review systems, data practices, portfolio analytics, risk indicators, and regulatory reporting for commercial and consumer banking portfolios. Supports audits, examinations, Board reporting, risk-based review planning, risk-rating validation, and process improvements. Collaborates with credit, banking, and managed asset teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance and internal policies.

Supports compensation programs and payroll operations by analyzing market and pay equity data, administering salary structures, processing and auditing payroll, preparing reports, maintaining HRIS records, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to employee inquiries, and improving compensation and payroll processes. Partners with HR, Finance, managers, vendors, and business leaders on compensation recommendations, audits, system implementations, and year-end payroll activities.

Handles customer and internal telephone inquiries related to deposit and loan accounts, account maintenance, debit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and BillPay. Provides product and service information, resolves service issues, detects suspicious activity, identifies sales opportunities, and refers account openings to Personal Bankers. Supports branch operations, reports service concerns, assists with staff training, and may serve as shift lead during evening and weekend hours.

Profiles customers, recommends and opens loan and deposit products, prepares loan applications, performs teller and branch operations, balances cash and ledgers, maintains vault controls, completes follow-up and campaign calls, and refers customers to other banking services. The role requires sales performance, operational accuracy, customer service, SAFE Act mortgage licensing registration, and CARE certification within six months.
