The Vice President will lead the Strategy and Operations Team, managing business transformation projects, building stakeholder relationships, and analyzing complex data to drive strategic initiatives and improvements.

The Vice President will supervise Accounting Managers, oversee fund accounting, ensure compliance with financial reporting controls, and assist with technical guidance research.

Lead enterprise liquidity forecasting, reporting, and stress-testing; manage excess cash investments and daily funding; optimize liquidity deployment and bank account positioning; oversee counterparty and contract management; improve Treasury automation and processes; and partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance and external banks to support firm-wide liquidity resilience.

Lead and supervise Tier 2 support across the Americas, providing advanced hands-on support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD. Own ServiceNow queues and ITAM workflows, drive incident response, enforce SLAs and SOPs, mentor engineers, coordinate coverage across time zones, and improve knowledge base and processes.

Support middle-office private credit deal lifecycle including deal closings, fundings, asset setup, document review, counterparty communication, stakeholder reporting, and process improvement. Coordinate across investment, legal, tax, accounting, technology and external parties to ensure accurate operational controls, documentation, and automation opportunities.

The Vice President will lead the Risk Reporting & Analytics team, managing portfolio analytics, investment operations, data management, and reporting for private credit strategies.

Support investor relations for private credit strategies by preparing client-facing materials, responding to investor inquiries, coordinating LP meetings and co-invest opportunities, tracking deliverables and timelines, and synthesizing portfolio and market insights into clear commentary to deepen client engagement.

Lead structuring and execution of investment-grade asset-backed finance (ABF) transactions, coordinate stakeholders and rating agencies, perform diligence, build models and investment memos, and train junior team members. Support product development for insurer capital solutions and ensure transactions meet rating and regulatory requirements.

Support investor relations and product marketing for structured credit and asset-backed finance strategies. Create and maintain client materials, respond to investor diligence requests, support fundraising and product development, participate in investor meetings and events, and funnel market intelligence to investment teams and leadership.

Manage daily global treasury operations including payments, bank account management, online banking administration, ISDA workflow support, user access controls, bank relationship coordination, fee monitoring, system implementations, and cross-functional treasury analyses for senior leadership.
