Lead the HR function at the Fairview, MO manufacturing plant, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, regulatory compliance, policy administration, HR systems (Workday, Kronos), workforce planning, leader development, and customer/audit responsibilities. Lead cross-functional engineering projects onsite: define vision, goals, and success criteria; manage day-to-day project activities using the EPM process; ensure safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance; guide technical specifications, vendor selection, testing, and training; recommend technology/process improvements to meet business objectives.

Lead and manage the engineering team to plan, prioritize, and execute projects that improve safety, product quality, productivity, and sanitary design. Provide technical leadership for process and facility design, support operations improvement, coordinate with Sales/R&D, develop standards and procedures, audit compliance, and mentor project engineers.

Lead cross-functional engineering projects using the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) process to define vision, success criteria, and outcomes. Designs, develops, and supports plant-floor operations systems (SCADA, HMI, MES, Historian), dashboards, and integrations. Troubleshoots and maintains systems with 24/7 on-call support, implements PLC solutions, manages projects and documentation, and works with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and contractors to improve safety, efficiency, and performance.

Lead continuous improvement of dairy product formulations, integrating product, equipment, ingredient, and process specifications to improve quality, cost, and delivery. Champion Lean Six Sigma methods, drive cross-functional projects (R&D, engineering, operations, sourcing, finance), deploy process controls, mentor teams, and manage multi-site implementation and capital project justification across the Americas.

Lead process optimization for dairy production focusing on blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration, and sanitation. Drive continuous improvement, capital projects, process capability studies, documentation (P&IDs, SOPs, CCPs), and food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP). Collaborate with operations, QA, maintenance, controls, and data science to improve yield, reduce waste, and minimize risk.

Maintain and audit product cost data and cost systems, support new product costing, ensure accurate inventory and fixed asset recording, perform reconciliations and financial analyses, improve processes and internal controls, and communicate cost changes to stakeholders.

Lead plant-level continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) to standardize processes, reduce waste, increase capacity, and improve safety and quality. Execute projects, train and coach teams, perform root cause analysis, analyze metrics, maintain regulatory compliance, and implement Digital Standard Work and process controls.
