Manages industrial contractor services categories, sourcing strategies, supplier agreements, negotiations, cost savings, risk reduction, KPIs, and supplier performance. Analyzes spend and total cost of ownership, leads cross-functional sourcing projects, coordinates stakeholders, administers commercial agreements, and mentors a Category Analyst.

Provides operating-unit support for refinery process control systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting hardware and software, managing system lifecycle activities, coordinating vendors, leading management of change, and supporting capital projects. The role performs system upgrades, incident investigations, application support, training, documentation, reliability improvements, and process-control standards development. It requires occasional extended-hours and emergency response, refinery-site access, on-call availability, up to 10% travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Provide instrumentation engineering support for refinery process areas and projects from concept through construction and start-up. Manage instrument-focused projects, perform instrument specification and design, support commissioning/FAT-SAT, maintain P&IDs and loop drawings, support SIS/LOPA and process analyzer activities, coordinate with stakeholders and external consultants, and support turnarounds and safety compliance.

Lead design and delivery of resilient cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure) including multi-region architectures, chaos testing, IaC, DevSecOps, PaaS, microservices, and container-based deployments. Collaborate with product and enterprise architects, mentor teams, translate business outcomes into architectures, drive roadmaps, resolve integration challenges, and promote secure, scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business strategy.

Manage electrical engineering projects across planning, design, procurement, construction oversight, and close-out for power distribution, MCCs, PLCs, instrumentation, and related infrastructure while ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and regulatory compliance.

Lead design, implementation, lifecycle management, and advanced support of refinery business LANs. Own Layer 1 cabling/fiber and Layer 2 switching, troubleshoot complex incidents, drive refreshes and projects, strengthen segmentation with cybersecurity teams, maintain documentation, mentor engineers, and automate/network-monitoring tasks to improve reliability and reduce operational risk.
