Own and administer the firm's Intapp application suite, including user support, security, configuration, monitoring, upgrades, patching, documentation, integrations, workflows, forms, datasets, and SQL-based reporting. The role also manages fee arrangements, accruals, budgets, client requirements, invoice revisions, and payment histories while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.

Manages legal billing and eBilling operations, including prebills, invoice preparation, coding, submission, client guideline compliance, rejection prevention, tracking, reconciliations, and reporting. Collaborates with attorneys, clients, Finance, vendors, and billing teams to resolve issues and reduce aged inventory. Supports process improvements, training, workflow changes, and team leadership as a backup to the Billing Manager.

Provides administrative and project support to an immigration legal team by entering and maintaining client data, monitoring case statuses and deadlines, preparing filing fee requests and client documents, managing records, communicating with clients and attorneys, supporting billing and matter closure, and improving data-management processes. The role also performs general office support and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
