The Associate Director of Operational Excellence will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance process performance in biopharma settings.

Serve as a senior HRIS functional resource to administer, configure, troubleshoot, and improve Workday and related HR systems. Process employee lifecycle transactions, maintain integrations and data integrity, support payroll and compliance reporting (EEO-1, Workers' Comp, year-end), prepare payroll/compensation data, and provide stakeholder support while identifying process improvements and supporting audits and release testing.
