Lead commercial strategy for MECCA-Maginations brands by analyzing markets, competitors, retailers, categories, products, and international opportunities. Develop market sizing, financial models, business cases, due diligence, investment recommendations, and go-to-market plans. Develops dbt data models, collaborates with data engineering teams on Snowflake structures and pipelines, and translates business needs into analytical solutions. Ensures data quality through testing and validation, improves analytics processes, explores advanced analytics and AI opportunities, and mentors junior analysts while supporting strong stakeholder engagement and delivery standards.

Build and maintain IBM Planning Analytics TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, integrations, templates, and reports supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Troubleshoot and optimize existing models, manage changes, document solutions, and perform SIT, regression testing, defect tracking, and go-live support during MECCA’s SAP ERP transformation. The role works closely with Finance, FP&A, and IT.

Build, maintain, and enhance Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and content-driven features. Troubleshoot defects, implement small enhancements, test and document changes, and support releases across digital channels. Collaborate with senior developers, product owners, content, digital, and technology teams to deliver customer-facing web and commerce experiences. Lead category marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of global brands. Use customer and trade insights to shape campaigns, partner across marketing functions, drive operational excellence, and coach a team to deliver commercially effective, on-brand multi-channel campaigns for ANZ customers.

Partner with commercial leaders to provide financial reporting, forecasting, modelling and performance analysis. Deliver insights to influence decisions, support budgeting and business cases, and drive continuous improvement in commercial finance processes.

Own retail pricing strategy, governance and execution across brands. Use competitor insights, scenario modelling and analytics to optimise margin, lead price changes, maintain pricing frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed pricing processes.

Lead and design MECCA's end-to-end testing strategy, oversee testing processes, establish QA frameworks, mentor QA capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders on quality expectations.
