The Project Development Engineer leads the engineering aspects of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects, ensures thorough evaluations, collaborates on project design and optimization, and oversees project development phases.

Provide legal counsel across project lifecycles for large-scale renewable energy projects, focusing on real estate, permitting, EPC contracts, procurement, and transactions. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage risk and disputes, coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and third-party advisors, and support acquisitions, financings, and project delivery.

Provides corporate governance and legal department support, including board and committee coordination, signature portal administration, entity maintenance, governance filings, document management, and confidential operational support. The role drafts routine corporate documents, manages legal workflows and records, supports senior leadership and directors, and administers entity management and electronic signature systems.
