Leads the enterprise Business Continuity Management program, coordinating continuity planning, crisis response, disaster recovery alignment, risk assessments, business impact analyses, training, testing, communications, and documentation. Partners with technology, risk, legal, communications, and business stakeholders to maintain resilient operations. Monitors threats, supports incident leadership, tracks remediation, reports readiness and emerging risks to executives, and drives continuous improvement across the Bank.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting for the IT organization. Partners with IT leaders and cost center owners on investment decisions, resource allocation, vendor spend, project timing, and technology cost management. Develops executive and Board reporting, improves FP&A processes, ensures alignment with Accounting, and evaluates AI capabilities to strengthen decision support. Supports financial transparency across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT labor.

Supports first-line business risk management through transaction appropriateness reviews, exception tracking, KRI reporting, risk analytics, control documentation, MPF oversight, audit support, and cross-functional follow-up. Maintains risk records and dashboards, analyzes exposures and trends, escalates breaches and concerns, and helps improve risk processes. Requires strong attention to detail, analytical and documentation skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with risk frameworks and three-lines-of-defense principles.

Lead and continuously improve the Bank's strategic planning process, develop and deliver the annual Strategic Plan, coordinate stakeholder engagement and Board/regulatory activities, build performance monitoring and reporting, support strategic initiatives and financial impact analysis, and communicate strategy across the organization to drive alignment, accountability, and execution of strategic priorities.

Lead risk-based internal audit projects from planning through reporting, evaluate control design, execute and document testing, prepare audit reports, supervise project teams, identify emerging risks and recommendations, and develop data-analytic tools to inform audit approach and improve operational efficiencies.

Build and lead a new Sales Enablement function: design sales process and Salesforce workflows, create playbooks, training curricula, standardized content and pitchbooks, oversee MORE engagements, and manage a small enablement team to improve member engagement and commercial execution.
