Translate UX into reliable components, collaborate on APIs, expand automated UI tests, use AI coding assistants daily, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and support production stability and continuous improvement.

Provide legal counsel for DTFS across commercial finance, secured lending, regulatory compliance, litigation management, vendor and dealer contracts, payment products, and cross-border projects. Partner with credit, risk, operations, IT, compliance, and commercial teams; manage outside counsel; support licensing, audits, and loss-mitigation efforts.
