Leads franchisee-facing restaurant technology implementations across multiple brands, including POS, payment, endpoint, hardware lifecycle, and ownership-change deployments. Oversees portfolio planning, budgets, risks, vendors, franchisee engagement, operational readiness, issue escalation, and post-go-live stabilization. Manages and develops an implementation team while standardizing processes, governance, documentation, and ITIL/ITSM practices. Partners with technology, product, engineering, operations, finance, security, legal, service desk, brand, franchise, and external provider teams.

Partners with systems, IT, and business teams on financial systems governance and initiatives including acquisitions and refranchising. Develops accounting processes and leads a high-performing team through coaching, prioritization, performance management, and issue resolution.

Supports IHOP product pipeline development, menu innovation, value offers, and market testing. Identifies opportunities using trends, research, sales, and competitive insights; coordinates culinary, consumer insights, supply chain, creative, analytics, and franchise partners; leads project alignment and testing execution; analyzes results; and presents recommendations and business cases to leadership.

Manage testing, implementation, and ongoing business process management for international restaurant operations. Lead cross-functional projects, localize policies/training, provide operational insights, and present executive updates to support multi-unit casual dining initiatives.

Provide broad transactional legal support including securities disclosure (10-K/10-Q/8-K/Proxy), corporate governance, M&A, equity compensation, and franchise agreements; advise executives and support cross-functional teams on compliance and strategic matters.

Lead operational readiness and cross-functional project implementations for dual-brand Applebee's/IHOP openings, conversions, and ownership transitions. Manage testing, system configuration, integrations, menu publishing, vendor coordination, and rollout. Provide data-driven insights, maintain documentation and standards, streamline workflows, and drive alignment across stakeholders to improve performance and guest experience.
