The intern will analyze recruiting data, improve candidate and hiring-manager resources, use recruiting systems, and lead a capstone project supporting early-career hiring and internship programs.

Supports the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, data analysis, dataset maintenance, and strategic planning. The intern contributes to rewards-related projects, develops presentations and recommendations, maintains confidential information, and collaborates with HR professionals. The role provides exposure to compensation, job evaluation, market benchmarking, rewards program design, data analysis, project management, and business communication.

Coordinates import trade compliance activities for Foreign Trade Zone operations, including shipment pre-entry verification, transfers, consumption-entry paperwork, part-record audits, drawback claims, tariff recovery, KPI development, and compliance reporting. Partners with Trade Compliance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Returns teams to identify risks, improve tariff recovery, implement procedures, and support audits. The role also serves as a tariff subject matter resource and assists with related projects and policy planning.
