Receives, tracks, scans, reconciles, and processes collateral files, original loan documents, negotiable instruments, mail, and shipments. Performs document quality checks, maintains inventory and tracking records, manages undeliverable addresses, and prepares outbound materials. The role requires meeting productivity and accuracy standards, protecting confidential information, and working effectively in an on-site, metrics-driven office environment.

Processes sensitive collateral files by receiving, scanning, reconciling, logging, and quality-checking loan documents and negotiable instruments. Handles incoming mail, shipments, undeliverable addresses, and outbound document preparation while meeting productivity, accuracy, confidentiality, and service-level requirements. The role is performed onsite in a traditional office environment and may require occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work.

Prepare and deliver accurate customer invoices, process payments, reconcile client accounts, resolve billing disputes, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, support automation testing, and perform related billing duties.

Lead and develop a team supporting corporate applications, oversee maintenance and enhancements, manage projects and escalations, drive automation and process improvements, report metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, coach and grow staff, and support change management and adoption.
