Serve as outsourced senior accountant for agricultural clients: manage day-to-day accounting, prepare financial statements and reports, reconcile bank statements, post month-end journal entries, review work of other specialists, liaise with clients, use cloud-based tools, support controllers/CFOs, recommend process improvements, and participate in business development.

Manage multiple tax and audit engagements: prepare tax returns and financial statements, perform audits and assurance services, provide tax planning and technical guidance, review and mentor Associates, communicate with managers and partners, participate in business development, and use cloud-based tax technology to deliver client services.

Manage and lead outsourced sales tax engagements: oversee team, client relationships, workflows, and multi-state filings. Maintain Avalara accounts, resolve notices, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop staff while supporting pricing, onboarding, and service-line strategy.

Lead and review mid-to-high complexity business and individual tax returns, advise clients on tax planning, manage tax research and accounting projects, mentor staff, and support business development while using cloud-based tax technology.

Manage outsourced accounting services for multiple clients, including complex bookkeeping, payroll, period-end close, reconciliations, and financial/report preparation. Oversee and mentor local accounting staff, manage workloads and projects, handle client billing, and ensure compliance with payroll and accounting standards while driving client satisfaction and efficiency.

Manage end-to-end payroll administration for clients, including new hire setup, terminations, time-sheet verification, payroll processing, direct deposit, payroll tax deposits, W-2 issuance, reporting, garnishments, and coordination with client support and accounts payable. Train new accounting staff as needed.
