The Production Unit Controller is responsible for leading financial operations, providing strategic insights, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Drive business development and inside sales for heat exchanger tubing across North America. Manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification and RFQ response through quotation, order entry, fulfillment, and post-sales support. Build customer relationships, deliver technical presentations, develop account plans, coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics, product management), gather market intelligence, and participate in trade shows. Target profitable growth and customer retention while traveling approximately 20–30%.

Manage full sales cycle for high-temperature materials across USA & Canada: respond to RFQs, prepare offers, process orders, monitor deliveries, resolve complaints, develop account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, close deals, and occasionally travel (10%).
