Serve as strategic partner and primary contact for key advertisers and agencies, driving campaign optimization, retention, upsells, and long-term revenue. Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), provide data-driven recommendations, collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, and educate clients on native advertising best practices to improve outcomes and shape product direction.
