Executive leader responsible for VTEX’s North American B2B strategy, growth, profitability, and market penetration. Leads enterprise sales, B2B marketing, business development, and customer success; owns ACV, P&L, demand generation, strategic account negotiations, partner ecosystems, and market positioning. Provides product feedback and drives adoption of VTEX’s B2B digital commerce and AI capabilities.

Build and scale VTEX’s US channel ecosystem by recruiting and enabling system integrators, agencies, technology partners, ISVs, and consulting firms. Develop joint go-to-market plans, drive partner-sourced revenue and enterprise pipeline, manage executive relationships, forecast performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. The role is based in NYC or Miami with four office days per week and travel for partner, customer, and industry events.

Leads enterprise sales, B2B marketing, business development, and customer success teams; owns ACV growth, demand generation, pipeline, strategic account closures, partner ecosystems, and market positioning. Drives GTM alignment, manages marketing spend and retention, supports product evolution, and represents VTEX to senior B2B executives.

Design and deliver scalable B2C and B2B commerce solutions for enterprise clients. Translate business requirements into architectures and implementation plans, support project delivery, identify technical risks, facilitate strategy workshops, and advise technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and systems integrators while contributing to architectural standards and team knowledge sharing.

Build and scale VTEX’s U.S. channel ecosystem by recruiting and managing system integrators, agencies, technology partners, ISVs, and consulting firms. Develop joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, co-selling motions, and partner enablement programs to drive channel-sourced revenue. Manage executive relationships, forecasting, KPIs, reporting, partner events, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
