Design, implement, and optimize onboard data aggregation and telemetry systems for ocean-deployed Nodes. Build reliable, low-latency network-facing software and efficient egress pipelines for constrained links, harden services with security best practices, improve testing and CI/CD, and collaborate cross-functionally on APIs, bandwidth prioritization, and system resiliency under intermittent connectivity.

Serve as the technical supplier-quality lead for Node hardware: resolve supplier/manufacturing issues, lead NPI readiness, perform DFMA reviews, apply APQP/PPAP/FAIR/8D, develop specifications and PPAP requirements, audit suppliers to ISO/AS standards, analyze supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and support PLM/ERP/MES integrations. Travel to suppliers up to 50% as needed.

The Lead NX Design Engineer will own engineering documentation and standards, focusing on complex assembly drawings for safety-critical welded structures using Siemens NX, bridging design and production processes.

The IT Engineer will manage endpoint systems, oversee IT infrastructure, implement security policies, and mentor IT Support Specialists.
